LADCO Design Studio provides a forum to make intentional design decisions through facilitating an exploration of design using the right mix of:

• People: designers, clients/tenants, financiers, developers, contractors, city officials, neighbors and other stakeholders
• Place: the LADCO Design Lab, the site and benchmark tours
• Process: goal setting, fact gathering, needs assessment and diverse concepts

The studio's design collaborations are led by award-winning Urban Designer Dennis Reynolds, who has directed design projects throughout the United States and internationally, ranging from mixed-use developments, office buildings, retail centers, sports and convention facilities, Olympic villages and healthcare projects.
